Welcome to Rondel

Rondel Droughtmaster stud is located 100 kilometres North of Winton and 125 kilometres South of Hughenden on the black soil open downs country. 

The Stud was established in 1987 by Peter and Deleece Carrington 2nd generation Droughtmaster breeders, who have since welcomed aboard their son Luke, his wife Jayna, 
daughter Lakisha and her husband Zach, in which are the driving force behind Rondel Stud in these latter years.

Oasis A Long John measures 142cm2 in the eye muscle, 44cm scrotal and weighed in at 804kg at just 19 months of age.  The calibre of this bull has been on our radar for some time. He now holds the Australian record for highest selling Droughtmaster bull.  Thank you to Adam & Shelly Geddes for breeding this beautiful animal. All going to plan we look forward to presenting some Long John son’s into the ring in 2025!
